This policy covers the PapaPets corporate website. Use of the PapaPets app is governed by its own privacy policy, available in the app.

Data collected by this site

This site is deliberately minimal:

• no cookies, no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics;
• no forms: if you email us, we process your address and message only to reply to you;
• like any web server, our host records technical logs (IP address, date, requested page) for security and proper operation of the service.

Legal bases and retention

• Email exchanges: legitimate interest in answering your requests; kept 3 years after the last exchange.
• Technical logs: legitimate interest (security); kept only as long as strictly necessary.

Recipients and hosting

Data is accessible to the PapaPets team and our host (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (Microsoft Azure)), in the Azure “West Europe” region (Netherlands, European Union). It is never sold.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object. Write to us at rgpd@papapets.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), or your local authority.
