Encrypted in transit and at rest
All traffic goes over HTTPS (TLS). Data is encrypted at rest in our databases and storage.
Protected accounts
Sign-in relies on Microsoft Entra External ID. We never store your password.
Certified payments
Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS certified provider. PapaPets never sees or stores your card numbers.
Verified professionals
Before opening their space, a professional provides a company registration extract and an ID document, confirms their phone by SMS, then our team reviews the file.
Reviews under your control
When you post, you decide whether your review shows your name or appears anonymously, and that choice is kept.
Your GDPR rights
- We only collect the data the service needs (minimisation) and never sell it.
- Your pet’s health records are only visible to you and the professionals who care for them.
- You can delete your account from the app.
- You have the right to access, rectify, erase, port and object to the processing of your data.
